I still want to figure out what was wrong & what I can do to fix it if it happens again though.
- Hold down CTRL while right-clicking the Outlook icon in the Systray - Selecting Test E-mail Auto Configuration - Enter your address and password, then de-select Use guesssmart and Secure Guesssmart authentication - Hit the Test button Any help would be greatly appreciated!!I have tested all combinations of XP & 7, Office 07 & 2010, none of them are able to see anything, all I get is: 07 - ‘No free/busy information could be retrieved’ 10 - 'Updating Schedule Information.Retrieving Free/Busy information from the server.' I have tried the "nuclear option" & blown away local outlook profiles, as well as logging into machines not used by that user before & setting up new profiles, still nothing.Look into IIS web pages on your CAS and confirm they are running if it happens again.As it is working now- it is clear that your config settings are correct.
